Graspable, Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Policy describes how we collect and use personal information from users of our website graspablemath.com (“Website”), our web application Graspable Math Canvas (“GM Canvas”), and our web application FromHere2There (“FH2T”) and FromHere2There-elementary (“FH2T-el”), which we collectively refer to as our “Service”. "You" or “your” refers to a user (whether logged in or not) of our Service.

By using our Service (whether or not you are a registered user), you expressly consent to the information handling practices described in this policy. We may update this document occasionally, and your continued use of our Service will constitute your consent with the updated document. You should take the time to read through this policy and if you have any questions, please contact us at the address listed at the end of this document.

Information We Collect

You can use our Website and the GM Canvas without registering, in which case we will not record any personal identifiable information from you. If you choose to register by signing in via Google on the GM Canvas, we will record your name, email address, and Google ID. You may choose to provide us with additional personal information after you register. For registered users, we will also keep track of the materials you save on the GM Canvas, which materials you share, and other activity data.

"Cookies" Information: When you use our Service, whether or not you are a registered user, we may send one or more cookies to your computer to remember information about your activity on our Service. We use cookies to provide a more user-friendly, effective and secure service.

We do not collect any PII information with Google Analytics, but may connect Google Analytics data with your account data if you log in. We have configured Google Analytics to anonymize IP addresses and to only record geo-location data to the accuracy of cities.

We use the information we collect to provide to you the features and functionality of our Service and for related business purposes. We may use the collected information to monitor the usage of our Service and health of our infrastructure; to diagnose and fix technology issues; to store information so you don’t have to re-enter it during your use of our Service or when you come back later; to improve the quality and design of our Service and to develop new features and services.
